LUXI Chemical highlighted multiple high-performance isocyanate curing agents to meet market demand for environmental protection and high efficiency. The low-viscosity products — LUXI® HT-300 plus, LUXI® HT-3100 plus and LUXI® HB-200 — can significantly improve application efficiency while reducing VOC emissions of the coating system. The fast-curing product LUXI® IT-170B/S, with its excellent chemical resistance and fast-drying performance, is widely used in automotive coatings, refinish coatings and industrial coatings, helping customers shorten drying cycles and cut energy consumption. The blocked products LUXI® HTBL/ITBL feature superior weatherability and chemical resistance, making them ideal for coil coatings and metal baking coatings. Notably, ITBL has obtained FDA certification and is suitable for direct food-contact applications.
Packaging Sector: Breakthrough in Water-based Ink Resins
Carton packaging can combine exquisite, vivid printing with eco-friendly production. LUXI Chemical has innovatively launched water-based ink resin products, which can be widely applied to various printing scenarios such as cartons, paper and films to meet the diverse needs of different customers. For carton printing, LUXI® 0831 boasts high hiding power, excellent color development, fast drying speed and long-term storage stability, ensuring high efficiency and consistent printing quality in mass production. In addition, LUXI Chemical also provides diversified solutions with high color rendering and outstanding adhesion for paper-based color inks, film-based color inks and film-based adhesion primer emulsions.
Home & Construction: Full Solutions for Diverse Scenarios
LUXI Chemical offers a complete spectrum of coating solutions covering home to construction, indoor to outdoor applications. The water-based 2K system for general furniture delivers excellent appearance, high hardness, outstanding chemical resistance, high abrasion resistance and good workability, bringing better performance for wood furniture. For outdoor woodwork, the high-gloss, high-transparency LUXI® 4572 has excellent water resistance, weatherability and anti-blocking performance, enabling wood products to withstand long-term outdoor exposure. In addition, the show also launched high-performance UV curable resins for flooring, which are applied to PVC flooring to enhance abrasion resistance and stain resistance.
Bio-based Products: Superior Performance to Support Dual Carbon Goals
To drive carbon reduction across the entire industrial chain, LUXI Chemical is deeply engaged in R&D of eco-friendly renewable materials to reduce environmental impact. Its bio-based PDI, derived from biomass lysine, has a bio-based carbon content as high as 71%. Compared with conventional chemically synthesized isocyanates, it cuts CO₂ emissions by 20% while maintaining excellent yellowing resistance and flexibility. The ultra-high bio-based content LUXI® 4605, a universal wood coating emulsion, breaks through the original technical bottleneck of 30–40% bio-based content, while balancing performance in appearance, anti-stacking property and chemical resistance.
